1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using kibrisolguntransfer.com and our transfer services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

We provide premium Mercedes transfer services across Cyprus, including but not limited to:

• Airport transfers (Ercan, Larnaca, Paphos)
• Private transfers between cities and locations
• Group transfers for events and tours
• Round-trip and one-way transfers

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed by us via email or WhatsApp. A booking is only confirmed when you receive our confirmation message.

3.2 Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate information including pickup/dropoff locations, dates, times, and passenger details.

3.3 Flight Information: For airport transfers, please provide accurate flight information to ensure timely pickup.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing: All prices are displayed in Turkish Lira (₺) and are fixed at the time of booking.

4.2 Payment Methods: We accept cash payment upon arrival and online payment methods as specified during booking.

4.3 Additional Charges: Extra charges may apply for:

• Waiting time exceeding the free waiting period
• Additional stops not included in the original booking
• Excessive luggage beyond standard allowance
• Late-night or early-morning transfers (if applicable)

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellation by Customer:

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before pickup: Full refund
• Cancellations made 12-24 hours before pickup: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup: No refund

5.2 Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

6. Service Standards

6.1 Vehicle Standards: All vehicles are modern Mercedes models, air-conditioned, and maintained to high standards.

6.2 Driver Standards: All drivers are licensed, insured, and professionally trained.

6.3 Waiting Time: For airport pickups, we provide 60 minutes free waiting time from actual flight landing time. For other locations, 15 minutes free waiting time is provided.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time
• Provide accurate contact information
• Inform us of any changes to flight schedules
• Treat drivers and vehicles with respect
• Not smoke in vehicles
• Not consume alcohol or illegal substances in vehicles

8. Liability and Insurance

8.1 Insurance: All vehicles and drivers are fully insured for passenger transport.

8.2 Lost Items: We are not responsible for items left in vehicles. However, we will make reasonable efforts to return found items.

8.3 Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
